NWT Direct - Designer Radiators & Heated Towel Rails

Poor quality and Poor customer service! I ordered seven radiator valves and have had problems with four of them, when i contacted NWT Direct i was i was spoken to in a dismissive manner and informed that i would have to wait at least ten weeks for replacements. So be aware of this before you decide to purchase product from NWT.
