Disgusted. The tenants in my block of flats have said they are useless too. They put poison on every inch of my garden (with no notice) knowing people here have pets. This resulted in fees from the vet, arranging too move 2 months into my tenancy etc. I have had two random men from a building company employed by the landlord ENTER my property whilst I have been in a towel (again with no notice). I have had endless arguments on the phone with them over leaks and told them all I need is notice and they can come and fix them, apparently giving notice has proved difficult. AVOID at all costs they were very polite up until handing the money over.

Lost admin fees and nothing to show for this. Luckily another agent rescued us and we have a home. Part refund at least should be given, £310 fees for a reference check and application is unfair. The landlord should look at references and decide before application is made and tenants lose money unnecessarily, but then that would not be easy money for you would it? Extortionate fees.
