Invacare

It does not even deserve 1 star. I am an OT working alone in the community and called Invacare for some advise on slings for a stand aid assist lifter. I made it perfectly clear what my query was about and I was spoken to VERY rudely by the lady on the phone, I was quite shocked! She was actually questioning my use of grammer!!!! I could not believe it! Thanks so much for your help Invacare because it did not help me at all just made my job even more stressful.
